An important source of high-quality nutrients.
Dietary fiber is one of the main elements of rye in organic beans and as it is not subjected to refining processes, it provides up to 30% of the daily fiber requirements of our body. High vitamin content of B complex, including folic acid and thiamine (vitamin Bl) that helps improve carbohydrate metabolism, facilitating its use as an energy source for cells.
It contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.

How to use:
To use the rye in organic beans, wash it 2-3 times changing water and let it soak for 8-12 hours. Then it is cooked in water in proportion of the part of rye and 4 of water over medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once cooked it can be added to salads, paellas, stews
