Pure sea water from the Alboran Sea, in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. The water is subjected to different cold filtrations to respect and preserve all the qualities. It contains minerals existing in the sea, fundamental for the proper functioning of the organism. It also boosts the immune system, promotes intestinal transit and improves skin health. Ideal for cooking dishes of vegetables, pastas and creams and for drinking.
For cooking: previously lowered with fresh water, it is an alternative to common salt, acting as a natural preservative of food. For drinking: it is recommended not to take more than a quarter of a liter per day, in a ratio of 3 parts of fresh water to 1 of seawater.
