Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Nori Seaweed
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 glass soy drink
  • Olive oil
  • Turmeric, instant seaweed or herbal salt
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

.- Peel and cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in olive oil. While we peel and cut the potatoes into small squares. After 5 minutes they are added to the onion. Let cook for 35-40 minutes.

.- Meanwhile, wash the red pepper and put it in the oven with the cricket on for 30-40 minutes, turning it a couple of times so it doesn’t burn. Toast Nori in a pan without oil for 2 minutes.

.- Once the pepper is done, take it out of the oven, peel it and cut it into small pieces and set aside.
