It is obtained through a process of cold pressing of whole hemp seeds, with shell, to guarantee the retention of all its nutrients and nutritional properties. They are then ground to a homogeneous powder with a high natural protein content, 50%, which translates into 10-20g per dose. Its amino acid composition and high bioavailability make it ideal for athletes, vegetarians, vegans, or simply for those who want to reduce the consumption of animal protein, providing quality to their diet.

How to use:
Take 2 to 4 tablespoons a day mixed in smoothies, juices, vegetable drinks or meals. Use after training for best results.

Recipe:
HEMP PROTEIN PELLETS (approximately 15 units)

– 2 teaspoons of almond cream
– 2 tablespoons Organic Superfoods chia seeds
– 1 tbsp shelled Organica Superfoods hemp seeds
– 4 tablespoons of almond flour
– 3 tablespoons of hemp protein 50% Organic superfoods
– 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
– 150ml of mineral water
– 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
– 2 teaspoons Organica Superfoods cocoa powder
– Agave syrup: optional

Mix all the ingredients except the cocoa and the almond
minced. Make a paste and cover to take it 2h to the fridge. Shape into balls with your hands, pass it through the cocoa and chopped almonds. Take back to the fridge.
