Agaranta is a 100% vegetable gelling agent.
It is made from Agar Agar which is obtained from organic algae, combined with arruruz.
The special combination of the two ingredients provides smooth but firm consistency.
Ingredients: agar agar*, wrinkled*. from organic farming.
Content:
3 sachets of 6 g are equivalent to 6 gelatin leaves
18 g (replaces 18 gelatin leaves)
Instructions for use: Dosage: Approximately 1 tablespoon satisfied corresponds to 6 gy 500 ml of gelling liquid.
Preparation for hot masses: Stir 6 g of agaranta with 100 ml of liquid until smooth. Then add the remaining 400 ml of liquid and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring. Then let it gel for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Preparation for cold doughs:
Stir 6g of agaranta with 100 ml of liquid until smooth and simmer for 1 minute while stirring. Let the liquid cool down a little, then gradually add the cold ingredients. Then let it gel for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
