*Wakame: it looks like giant oak leaf, coming from the coasts of Galicia, rich in calcium, iodine, protein and fiber, it is one of the most appropriate to consume raw in salads.
*Nori: small seaweed and many folds. In Galicia it is found wild in the lower sea and is then ground in the form of flakes. It has an intense flavor and can be used raw or lightly toasted to crumble later on the plate. It stands out in protein, vitamin A and vitamin B12.
*Dulse: known to the ancient Celtics because it avoided scurvy to sailors thanks to its richness in vitamin C. It also stands out for its proteins, and an exceptional content of potassium of reddish color, gives showiness and color to salads, delicate taste and aroma
