Taste and aroma, soft and sweet, full body with notes of ripe citrus and balanced acidity are some of the words to describe some of Camocim Farm’s coffee crops. The harvest is done by hand, respecting the cycles of nature.

Camocim coffee varieties are 100% Arabica, with the following varieties: Iapar 59; Catuain 44; Red Caturra, Catucaí; Catucaí-Açu, Bourbon yellow, Caturra yellow.

The Peaberry, which accounts for only a portion of agricultural production, is a mixture of all coffee crops. In order to get a large amount of beans, rigorous manual sorting is necessary to separate them from their half-bean counterparts. Here you will find this unique round bean, light and medium roasted, developed by one of the best rotisseries in Germany.
