Matcha is a green tea powder grown with a shading technique that shoots up its chlorophyll content.
In addition, this premium ceremonial quality matcha comes exclusively from leaves of the 1st and 2nd harvest, which is why it has such a vibrant green and such a mild flavor.
When drinking matcha tea, the whole leaf is consumed, so its quality is very important, and this is precisely what explains such a high level of antioxidants.

Preparation:
1. Place half a teaspoon of matcha tea (1.5 g) in a cup.
2. Add a little hot or cold water (about 50 ml) (maximum at 80ºC).
3. Stir with a matcha agitator or foamer until the powder is completely dissolved and a small layer of foam forms.
4. Add the rest of the water little by little. The total amount of water is between 150 and 250 ml, depending on your choice.
5. It can be taken directly or add milk or vegetable drink. It can be used in smoothies.
