Vegan Salmon Poke Bowl

The poke bowl is a Hawaiian salad consisting of raw fish and has evolved over time

Today we present a Hawaiian salad Vegan salmon with wakame seaweed, red cabbage and arugula, but that does not mean that you can prepare it by choosing the ingredients that we like the most or have on hand.

Ingredients to make vegan salmon poke bowl recipe (4 people):

  • 400 gr of vegan salmon. (Vegan Zeastar)
  • 300 gr of rice, ideally jasmine or basmati.
  • Wakame seaweed.
  • Red cabbage.
  • Rocket.
  • Roasted sesame seeds.

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice dessert.
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger dessert.


  • Salmon: let thaw and cut into cubes
  • To rice, it is recommended to prepare it well in advance or even the day before so that it is cold when serving.
  • Dressing: mix in a bowl  the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, ginger (optionally you can add wasabi.
  • Mix the salmon with the year and let it sit for 20 to 35 minutes and then drain
  • Plated at room temperature
  • Place the cooked rice that covers the entire bottom and on top put the finely cut red cabbage, arugula, wakame seaweed and salmon (drained from the dressing), and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
  • The dressing that we have prepared can be used as an accompaniment sauce.
