Proteins are super important because they fulfill structural functions of our cells. They sustain and maintain our tissues, skin, nails, muscle synthesis etc, they also play a key role in digestion as they slow down gastric emptying, stimulate production of hydrochloric acid avoiding hypochlorhidria, increase gastrointestinal permanence (this makes us not hungry for a while).
Ingredients*
- Base of green leaves: we choose Lettuce
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Grated carrot 2 pieces approx.
- Organic tofu tempeh (protein used) 1 whole vegetarian packet
- Avocado 1 medium avocado, sliced
- Chlorella and spirulina
- Sea salt
- Olive oil and mustard as seasoning
