Ingredients (4 people):

  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham (fine)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 leek
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • parsley

Steps to follow for the elaboration:
