Latteria Soresina's Grana Padano DOP is a classic Italian cheese that sums up the cheesemaking tradition of northern Italy.

It has a firm and grainy texture, with a mild but tasty, slightly intense flavor and nuances of dried fruit that melt in the mouth.

It is made with partially skimmed milk and matures for a minimum of 9 months, which gives it its crystalline structure and a more complex aromatic profile.

It is ideal grated on risottos, pastas and soups, but also in shavings on carpaccios, salads or on a cheese board to share.

With a minimum of 32% fat in dry matter, it is a slightly more delicate "cousin" of Parmigiano Reggiano and a staple for both everyday use and special occasions.
