Solaray Grapefruit Seed is a food supplement based on grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi), with vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc as bisglycinate.

According to the brand:

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Each capsule provides 250 mg of grapefruit seed extract, 140 mg of vitamin C, 13 mg of vitamin E and 20 mg of zinc.

Directions: take 1 vegetable capsule a day, with food or a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
