Hema-Plex Liquid Iron with B Vitamins 250 ml Nature's Plus

Hema-Plex Liquid by Nature's Plus is a liquid iron food supplement, presented by the brand for its good absorption and tolerance. It combines iron with B vitamins on a fruit and vegetable base.

• Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
• Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
• Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and vitamin B12 to normal red blood cell formation.

Directions: take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) half an hour before breakfast. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 45 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Take at least 3 hours before any medicine. Iron may interact with some antibiotics, bisphosphonates, levothyroxine and levodopa. Not recommended for people with conditions causing abnormal iron accumulation (haemochromatosis, polycythaemia).
