Holofit Fenogreco by Equisalud is a food supplement based on fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), combining FenuLife dry extract with powdered fenugreek seed. Fenugreek is a legume whose seed has been used traditionally in Mediterranean and Eastern cooking and herbalism.

• FenuLife fenugreek dry extract.
• Powdered fenugreek seed, providing its natural fibre.
• Per capsule: 500 mg of FenuLife extract and 345 mg of fenugreek powder.
• Pullulan capsule of plant origin.

Directions: take 3 capsules a day: 2 capsules 15 to 20 minutes before the main meal and 1 before a second meal, or as directed by a specialist. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day.
