Holomega Balance Emocional by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement combining extracts of ashwagandha, rhodiola, St John's wort, saffron, turmeric, sage and green tea (source of L-theanine) with zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid.

• High in pantothenic acid, vitamins C and B6 and zinc.
• Vitamins C and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

Directions: take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended in case of liver or biliary disorders or gallstones. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are being treated for depression or taking anticoagulants or other medication.
