Holomega Malato de Magnesio by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement made with magnesium malate, magnesium bound to malic acid, which is naturally present in many fruits and vegetables. Each daily dose (2 capsules) provides 375 mg of magnesium (100% NRV).
