Holomega Triple Magnesium Malate, Bisglycinate and ATA Mg® with B Vitamins 180 capsules Equisalud

Holomega Triple Magnesio by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement combining three forms of magnesium (malate, chelated bisglycinate and N-acetyl taurinate ATA Mg®) with vitamins B1, B2 and B6. Each capsule provides 115 mg of magnesium.

• Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Directions: take 2 capsules a day, which may be increased to 3; can be taken 2 hours before bedtime. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day.
