Holopai 1R by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement in drops based on plant extracts. According to the brand, it may help to support relaxation and improve rest.

• Combines oat, valerian, bitter orange, lavender, passionflower, hops and sweet orange.
• Plants traditionally used in situations of nervousness, stress and sleep disturbances.

Directions: take 20 to 30 drops (0.7 to 1 ml) dissolved in half a glass of water (100 ml), three times a day. Do not take more than 90 drops a day.

Precautions: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by people on antihypertensive treatment. Not for children under 12. Stop use if agitation or nervousness occurs.
