Holovit Methylated B Complex by Equisalud is a food supplement with B vitamins in active forms: vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as calcium L-methylfolate and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, together with B1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, choline and inositol.

Directions: take 1 capsule a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
