Santiveri Melatonin is a melatonin-based food supplement that helps you fall asleep and relieves the feeling of jet lag. Each tablet provides 1.95 mg of melatonin.

Directions: take 1 tablet a day before going to bed. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day, 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. For jet lag, take 1 tablet shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination (the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg).
