Microbiota Fisocol by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement based on psyllium (ispaghula), probiotics, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and aniseed which, according to the brand, contributes to intestinal transit and to the maintenance of intestinal function.

• Psyllium husk powder (Plantago ovata, seed husk).
• Actilight® fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS).
• Blend of eight probiotic strains (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lacticaseibacillus casei and Streptococcus thermophilus).
• Dry aniseed extract (Pimpinella anisum).

Directions: follow the instructions on the pack. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
