Drasanvi Nutrabasics Omega 3 is a food supplement based on fish oil and vitamin E. Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids that the body cannot make and that come from the diet, mainly oily fish and seeds such as flax, chia or walnuts; EPA and DHA are the most notable.

• 1000 mg of fish oil per softgel, with 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA.
• EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
• Natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
