Organic First Cold-Pressed Evening Primrose Oil 50 ml Pranarom

Pranarom Organic Evening Primrose Vegetable Oil is obtained by first cold pressing of evening primrose seeds. Around 80% of its fatty acids are omega 6, including gamma-linolenic acid, traditionally used in massage.

How to use: 10 g (one tablespoon) a day. Brand cooking tip: a salad dressing with 20% evening primrose, 40% rapeseed and 40% olive oil, to combine omega 3, 6 and 9.
