Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil 10 ml Pranarom

Pranarom Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil is a chemotyped essential oil, 100% pure and natural, from organic farming. Grapefruit is a shrub that is a hybrid of pomelo and sweet orange, with yellow or pink-skinned fruit and an astringent, slightly sweet taste; its English name refers to the way it grows in clusters.

• The brand associates it with detox and weight management, and with digestion.
• Can be used in massage, diluted in jojoba vegetable oil and in synergy with other essential oils, on areas of localised fat.
• Main component: limonene.

Directions: orally, 2 drops on a neutral carrier 3 times a day. For massage: mix 5 drops of each essential oil with 100 drops of jojoba oil and apply 10-12 drops of the blend to the area, twice a day.

Precautions: seek advice from a health professional. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid sun exposure after use. Without expert advice, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3. Store away from heat and light.
