Pranarom Organic Rosemary CT Camphor Essential Oil is a chemotyped essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis, a shrub of the Lamiaceae family that grows wild around the Mediterranean and is also used as a culinary herb, a honey plant and in perfumery. Its main components are camphor, 1,8-cineole and monoterpenes.

• Aimed by the brand at muscle discomfort and cramps.
• Blend suggested by the brand: 2 drops of rosemary CT camphor, 2 drops of wintergreen and 10 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil, applied locally.

How to use: apply 3 drops diluted in a little vegetable oil, three times a day, in local massage. Do not use for more than 7 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
