Santiveri Ashwagandha is a food supplement based on dry ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), a traditional plant of Ayurvedic medicine, in vegetable gelatine capsules.

• Each capsule provides 325 mg of dry ashwagandha extract standardised to 1.5% withanolides (4.87 mg).
• Two capsules provide 650 mg of extract (9.75 mg of withanolides).
• Simple formula with a standardised extract.

Directions: take 1-2 capsules a day, preferably together at breakfast.
