HoloRam Dormisol Valerian, Passionflower and Tryptophan 60 capsules Equisalud

HoloRam Dormisol by Equisalud is a food supplement with valerian, passionflower, chamomile and California poppy, formulated to support natural sleep. It also includes inositol, L-tryptophan, GABA, magnesium, zinc, niacin, vitamin B6 and folic acid.

• Valerian and passionflower, traditionally used to support relaxation and rest.
• Chamomile and California poppy, traditionally used at times of tension.
• Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions: take 1 capsule a day, half an hour before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
