Esential'Aroms Organic Virgin Evening Primrose Vegetable Oil is obtained by first cold pressing of organically grown evening primrose seeds (Oenothera biennis), using mechanical processes. It is a source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid.

According to the brand:

Directions: as a food supplement, take 1.5 ml (45 drops) to 2.5 ml, 1 to 3 times a day. For children over 3, use the minimum dose. Includes a 2.5 ml measuring spoon. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
