Solaray Phytoestrogen + EFAs is a herbal food supplement from the brand's women's range. It combines plant oils rich in fatty acids (borage, evening primrose and flaxseed) with extracts of soy, wild yam, black cohosh and dong quai, in softgels.

• Borage seed oil (23% GLA) 375 mg and evening primrose oil (10% GLA) 300 mg per softgel.
• Flaxseed oil 250 mg and LignaMax® flaxseed concentrate (1.6% lignans) 5 mg.
• Soy extract (40% isoflavones) 75 mg and wild yam extract (2.5% diosgenin) 100 mg.
• Black cohosh extract (2.5% triterpene glycosides) 20 mg and dong quai root 20 mg.

Directions: take 1 softgel a day with a meal or a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
