Esential'Aroms virgin wheat germ oil is a food supplement based on first cold-pressed wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare), a source of alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin E). It contains approximately 64% linoleic acid (omega-6), 12% oleic acid (omega-9) and 7% alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
