White Wine Natureo Chardonnay De-alcoholised and Vegan 750ml Torres

Natureo Blanc Dealcoholized and Vegan by Torres is a fresh and aromatic option to enjoy an alcohol-free white wine, ideal for anyone looking for lightness without losing personality in the glass.
It is made with Chardonnay grapes from the 2025 harvest, harvested from August 12, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14–16 ºC) for two weeks to maintain aromatic purity.
It has 0.0% vol. of alcohol and a balanced profile, with good acidity and a touch of residual sweetness that makes it very pleasant in the mouth.
In sight it presents a delicate, bright and clean straw color. On the nose it stands out for pleasant aromas of white flowers (orange blossom) and fruits such as lemon and pineapple; on the palate it is soft, silky and full-bodied, which gives it character within its category (non-alcoholic wine).
It pairs especially well with fish dishes such as salmon, paella, turkey and chicken. It also goes well with pasta with a creamy vegetable sauce or salads containing peach, mango or walnuts. Serve at 12ºC.
The 2025 harvest in Catalonia returned to normal production after years of drought, with abundant spring rainfall. The mild and rainy winter and a cool spring favored the vigor and balance of the vineyard; two heat waves (late June and early August) brought the harvest forward a little. The grapes arrived in perfect health and were harvested at the optimum point. The white harvest was very fast, with fruit, medium ripeness and good acidity.
