With only a few ingredients you will prepare a salad with good nutritional density, low glycemic carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and SUPER RICA.

Proteins are super important because they fulfill structural functions of our cells. They sustain and maintain our tissues, skin, nails, muscle synthesis etc, they also play a key role in digestion as they slow down gastric emptying, stimulate production of hydrochloric acid avoiding hypochlorhidria, increase gastrointestinal permanence (this makes us not hungry for a while).

Ingredients*

  • Base of green leaves: we choose Lettuce
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Grated carrot 2 pieces approx.
  • Organic tofu tempeh (protein used) 1 whole vegetarian packet
  • Avocado 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • Chlorella and spirulina
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil and mustard as seasoning
