Parxet Cuvée 21 is a high-end cava made in Alella with a selection of native grapes: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada.
It follows the traditional method, with controlled fermentation to preserve fresh and fruity aromas.
It undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and is aged on lees for more than 18 months, which gives it complexity and elegance.
It is a vibrant and sophisticated Brut, with a very fine balance between freshness and structure.
It has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose, notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers stand out, with soft touches of bakery and almond.
On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a refreshing acidity and a clean, long and mineral finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with fish, seafood and soft cheeses.
Serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
