Solgar Dry Vitamin A 5000 IU provides 5000 IU of vitamin A per daily dose, as retinyl palmitate, formulated with vitamin C to protect the product from oxidation. Vitamin A is fat-soluble and found in foods of animal origin; the body can also obtain it from the beta-carotene in plants.

• Vitamin A contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
• Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
• Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

Directions: adults, 1 tablet a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
