Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is a perennial plant of the thistle family, native to the Mediterranean and commonly grown as a food. This Solgar extract is made from its large green leaves, the part of the plant with the highest cynarin content.

• Each capsule provides 300 mg of artichoke leaf extract, equivalent to 1,200 mg of Cynara scolymus.
