Esvita is an infusion designed for days of constipation and slow bowel movements. Its herbal synergy has been traditionally used to stimulate transit, soften stools and soothe mucous membranes, helping to restore regularity and abdominal comfort. It is useful when there is bloating and gas associated with a lack of bowel movement, after heavy meals, changes in schedule or periods of low fiber and low water intake. A natural support to make the intestine feel lighter and more active again.

Indicative use: 1–2 cups a day, on an empty stomach or in the evening; if you prefer, prepare 1 liter and divide it into several doses. Accompany with good hydration, more fiber (fruit, vegetables, seeds) and a little daily movement to enhance the effect.
