Mestvita is a functional infusion designed to accompany hormonal imbalances. Indicated when there is painful or irregular menstruation, intense premenstrual syndrome (cramps, breast tenderness, mood swings), heavy flow or irregular cycles. It can also be useful as support in the presence of fibroids and during perimenopause and menopause, when hot flashes, irritability or fluid retention appear. Its synergy of herbs has been traditionally used to promote estrogen balance and soothe pelvic congestion, helping to recover a feeling of regularity and well-being throughout the cycle.

Indicative use: 1–2 cups per day; on symptomatic days, start a week before your period or maintain for 2–3 consecutive weeks. Infuse for 8–10 minutes. Mild herbaceous taste, easy to incorporate into your routine. Complement with adequate rest, light activity and a diet rich in vegetables and quality protein.
