Solgar Evening Primrose Oil 1300 mg provides up to 1300 mg of evening primrose oil per softgel. Evening primrose is a plant native to North America with yellow flowers that open at dusk; its oil is cold-pressed from the seeds.

• High-quality, cold-pressed evening primrose oil.
• Source of polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
• One of the oils with the highest GLA content.
• Free from starch, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, flavourings and colourings.

Directions: adults, 1 to 2 softgels a day, preferably with meals, with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store tightly closed at room temperature.
