GI Natural by NaturesPlus is a food supplement for a digestive-care routine, containing L-glutamine, fibres, bacterial strains, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The pack contains 90 bi-layered tablets, with a net weight of 157.5 g.

The bi-layered format combines a fast-release layer with a sustained-release layer. The formula includes apple pectin, guar gum, arabinogalactans and a food blend containing banana, date, mango, papaya, pineapple, raspberry and cherry.

Selected composition per 3 tablets: L-glutamine 1000 mg, fibre blend 400 mg, calcium 300 mg, vitamin C 200 mg, zinc 15 mg and selenium 35 µg. These amounts refer to formula components, not to a macronutrient table.

Directions: take 3 tablets a day, divided across the day, preferably 20 minutes before main meals. For maintenance, the dose may be adjusted to 1 or 2 tablets daily.

Allergen information: free from gluten, milk and lactose.

Storage: keep the unopened container at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate.

Warnings: bromelain may increase the effect of anticoagulant medicines and the blood levels of tetracyclines. There are insufficient data on the safety of papain during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
