Holofit QuerciMax by Laboratorios Equisalud is a food supplement based on quercetin in the form of Quercefit, with Phytosome technology. Quercetin is a flavonoid naturally present in many plants; in this formula it comes from Sophora japonica.

• Quercefit: quercetin combined with sunflower lecithin phospholipids.
• According to the brand, Phytosome technology helps improve quercetin absorption.
• 250 mg of Quercefit per capsule.
• Pullulan capsule of plant origin.

Directions: take 1 capsule twice a day; it can be taken up to three times a day, always a few minutes before main meals, or as directed by a specialist. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day.
