Mustard vinegar 250ml ComoComofood Organic

Your salads will never be the same again when you try this mustard vinaigrette, and even the most insipid green leaf will come to life with a perfect combination of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, turmeric and nutritional yeast. No sugar, no emulsifiers, no suspicious oils. Mustard is a great source of glucosinolates, the sulfur compounds that make cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli such healthy foods. Extra virgin olive oil is a fantastic antioxidant and apple cider vinegar is excellent for digestion and blood glucose control. Are you worried that it has a lot of turmeric flavor? Don't suffer! It is completely camouflaged in the intensity of the rest of the ingredients. And the same goes with the garlic, it has just the right point for you to enjoy without regrets. Nutritional yeast is an inactive yeast rich in B vitamins, which gives it a delicious finishing touch. Add this vinaigrette to salads, but also to any other vegetable that you want to give life to. Castile! Ingredients: Apple vinegar*, extra virgin olive oil*, mustard*, garlic*, turmeric*, nutritional yeast* and sea salt. From organic farming. 8436609280659
