Fusilli dish with organic soy ragout, ready-made dish 250gr MamaSaid

MamaSaid Organic Vegan Fusilli with Soy Ragout is a plant-based prepared dish that combines durum wheat semolina pasta with a soy, tomato and vegetable seasoning. The recipe is designed as a plant-based alternative to pasta dishes with ragout, replacing animal ingredients with soy and a selection of vegetables and spices from organic farming.

The fusilli represent 60% of the product and are made with organic durum wheat semolina. The remaining 40% corresponds to the soy-based seasoning, a sauce that combines water, tomato pulp, carrot, onion and soy. Soy represents 4.3% of the preparation and is the ingredient that gives identity to this vegetable ragout.

The sauce also incorporates celery, sunflower seed oil and basil, along with a powdered vegetable stock. This broth is made with cornstarch and a combination of dehydrated vegetables such as onion, celery, carrot, leek and parsley. Turmeric, spices and yeast extract complete this vegetable base.

The recipe is rounded off with sugar, sea salt, bay leaf powder and nutmeg. This combination allows you to obtain a pasta dish with vegetable sauce in which tomato, soy, vegetables and spices are part of the same preparation.

The MamaSaid Soy Ragout Fusilli Dish can be prepared quickly. After removing the outer packaging and protective film, it can be heated in a pan or microwave according to the manufacturer's instructions. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and, once opened, consumed immediately.

Regarding allergens, it contains wheat, gluten and soy. It may contain traces of milk, egg, other cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame and mustard.
