Phytosterol Complex 450 mg 100 softgels Solgar

Solgar Phytosterol Complex provides 450 mg of sterol esters per softgel, including beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol and brassicasterol. Phytosterols are plant sterols with a structure very similar to cholesterol, found in vegetable oils, nuts, vegetables, pulses and fruit.

• Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols.
• Soya phytosterol complex.
• Free from yeast, preservatives, sweeteners and flavourings.

Directions: adults, 2 softgels twice a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store tightly closed at room temperature.

Warnings: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 5. If you take cholesterol-lowering medication, use only under medical supervision.
