Tonalin® CLA Conjugated Linoleic Acid 1300 mg 60 softgels Solgar

Solgar Tonalin® CLA contains BASF's Tonalin® conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), obtained from safflower seed oil. CLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid usually found in dairy and meat products. Each softgel contains 1300 mg of safflower oil providing 1014 mg of CLA.

Directions: adults, 1 softgel twice a day, preferably with meals, with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store tightly closed at room temperature.
