Vitamin K1 (Phytonadione) 100 µg 100 tablets Solgar

Solgar Vitamin K1 100 µg provides 100 µg of plant-based vitamin K1 (phytonadione) per tablet. Vitamin K covers three compounds: K1 (phytonadione, of plant origin), K2 (menaquinone, produced by bacteria) and K3 (menadione, synthetic). It is involved in blood clotting and in binding calcium to bone.

Directions: adults, 1 tablet a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
