Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc combines three minerals in a single formula designed to contribute to the maintenance of bones and muscles in adults of all ages. According to the brand, it provides 1000 mg of calcium, 400 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of zinc per 3 tablets, with calcium as carbonate, gluconate and citrate, and magnesium as oxide, gluconate and citrate.

Directions: adults, as indicated by the brand, 1 tablet a day, preferably with meals, with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store tightly closed at room temperature; natural variation in colour and appearance may occur over time.
