Peach and passion fruit energy gel 40 g REFIX

The peach and passion fruit energy gel 40 g REFIX is a 40-gram sports gel sachet from the REFIX brand, intended to supply carbohydrate and electrolytes during intense exercise.

The pack states 18 g of natural carbohydrates per sachet, magnesium 64.6 mg (15 % of the nutrient reference value) and sodium 172.43 mg. REFIX presents it as a light-texture gel with a tropical peach and passion fruit flavour, made with seawater and minerals (magnesium, potassium and calcium).

It is for races, long training sessions or efforts where a 40 g gel is useful, unlike the Tetra Pak isotonic drinks from the same brand. It does not replace a meal or a full hydration plan.
