Solgar Full Spectrum Omega Salmon Oil is a food supplement with a blend of omega 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids obtained from Nordic salmon oil, respecting the natural proportions of the fish. The oil is molecularly distilled and complemented with astaxanthin from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis and vitamin D3. Each softgel contains 1200 mg of salmon oil.

• EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
• Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system.

Directions: adults, 2 softgels a day, preferably with meals, with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
