Solgar Vitamin E 400 IU provides 268 mg (400 IU) of naturally sourced vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol per softgel, together with a blend of mixed tocopherols (beta, gamma, delta and alpha). Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin found mainly in plant foods.
